We are indeed living in an era of inordinate events and Incidents. There is a huge upset revolving of the World and of human beings, as the years go by. Unpleasant memoirs are reiterated while looking at the bizarre making of the World. The recent report of the deadly Tsunami in Japan has mercilessly impacted severe damages on the lives of crores of people. Huge onslaughts of wars and massacres around the World almost shake the foundation of human existence. It is as if we are set out on the road of destruction.
Apart from the World irregularity, human fight for survival has emerged in the complete destruction of human relationship. People breed hostility rather than hospitality. Indeed relationship has emerged in to an irrational outplay of pomp and money. Superiority and triumphalism has very dangerously corroded the human conscience. There is a hazardous loss of genuine countenance donning the mask of unreliability. Personal interest and its benefits paradoxically spare human survival in today’s world. The possibilities of breaking through the strings of worldly glamour appear nowhere in the horizons. Still many human souls long to get liberated from these strings. Many are lost in embarrassing moments of anguish, anxiety, loneliness, poverty, sickness, failure and so on.
Several human beings are falling prey to the deteriorating, still devastating destiny of the World. The natural phenomenon of the world with all its serene appearance and goodness has lost its complete face. The so-called civilization and development have ironically degraded the quality of ideal life on the planet. The modern culture spanning across oceans fail to achieve the integrity of human life. Our young generation does not find their roots and thus fail to bear fruits. . People opt for trends at the cost of their dignity. When giving kudos for fashion and style, people seem to have lost their sensibility. Their high speed without clear vision and proper insight may land them up at their destination but they miserably fail to arrive at their destiny.
Natural world has lost its color and beauty. Latest inventions that are said to make life easier are indeed making life complicated and rather unsafe. Science and technology boost about technological developments. But what about the armaments that is self-destructing and virus that spread diseases? While the developments in communication brags about better connectivity all over the globe, the increasing distance between man and man is forgotten by most of us. Feelings of fraternity, universal understanding, unity in diversity, secularism, just governance etc., have all vanished from the face of the earth.
Natural world with the birds perch, the lilies pounce, the rivers meander, the trees dance and there was an absolute order in everything and everything created experienced a sense of belonging. Grassland is converted into industrial sites branding the area as “Developed”. But the fact that the ecological balance of the terrain is lost never comes to the limelight. People enjoy the growth marked by employment, income, high standard of living combined with pomp and money, everything that money can fetch and the status that comes along with. Nobody thinks of the reality that their unbalanced and non-ecological life styles will someday put their own existence under question or rather the very survival of the earth itself would be at the verge of devastation. Charles Darwin’s ‘Survival of the fittest’ would no more bear any meaning then.
Interestingly, the Mind of the Captives in the prisons does not encompass the complex phenomena of the World. They attire a mask never unfolded by the strange happenings of the World, but remain thoughtful always in the excruciating signal of estrangement inside the walls of the prison. Of course it is the impact of World’s moral decadence and human indifference. However they have been watched out in a stiffest sense of inhumanity. Paradoxically, the society encourages conspicuous contempt of the convicted and the suspected. The fatal components of mistrust and contempt revolve around them without end.
“The stone suffers because all speak of its hardness and yet you used to look for a stone as a pillow for your head”. We are called to unearth the hidden values of human minds. Everyone wears inner goodness besides their complex outer appearance. Give and take respect principle therefore corroborates the standard for harmonious living.
